The 'Well Spring of Life Long learning' is a project of the Institute of Bible and Ministry that helps fund its activities at Sanga Sanga through the sale of water in Dar es Salaam.

The use of recyclable shipping containers makes possible the sustainable modular development as visualised here.

The plan is to construct a residential conference facility to accommodate 100 people with office space, seminar rooms, library facilities, estate office and demonstration farm.

The centre will provide a strategic platform to encourage, mobilise and inspire the pastors in order to benefit their communities with the agricultural, enterprise, pastoral and life skills they have learnt at Sanga Sanga.

Located along the main Trans African highway from Johannesburg to Cairo we will also provide cafe and rest facilities for overland travellers and academic retreats for local university departments. This will in turn provide income for the Institute as well as local employment.

The centre will also provide a demonstration of God's love to the local community of Sanga Sanga, evidenced through various community development projects.
